    Ganesha Chaturthi, the great Ganesha festival, also known as 'Vinayak Chaturthi' as the birthday of Lord Ganesha .  In Badrapad maas, chaturthi tithi.

    It is observed during the Hindu month of Bhadra (mid-August to mid-September)  lasts upto and ending on the day of 'Ananta Chaturdashi'.

    During this days, People can do charity for the poor, Pujas, devotional songs, etc. during the days of the festival.


    Simple Home Puja for Ganesh During this period

    You can do at home in a simple way offering all the items daily to Ganesh murti and chanting " Om Gam ganpate namah" 21 times or 108 times daily.

    In your Puja include this : "Om Riddhi Siddhi sahitaye shree Ganeshaye namah"


    1. You can do fasting
    2. Offer sindhur daily
    3. Offer Durva daily
    4. Offer Laddu daily
    5. Do Ganesh mantra jaap daily
    6. Good time to do charity for the poor or Daan to Brahmins
