Puja vidhi - with your normal morning Puja and offer Rice or Flower – 28 times
Vrat vidhi – No eating whole day, drink Milk only once during the day and do Puja in the evening. (It’s a sunrise to sunset vrat)
Dhyan yog – Can do 1 of the following mantras below , for both Puja or Dhyan -
For Dhyan – do 108 times or 1000 times.
